Today’s Friday Find is a new (to us!) gluten free pizza! As a Friday night treat, we sometimes throw a pizza in the oven, and pull up a family movie on Netflix. We’ve tried, and enjoyed, many pizzas over the years including: Sabatasso’s Gluten Free Four-Cheese Pizza from Costco, homemade pizzas using Udis GF pizza crusts, and for a treat, GF crusts from Dan’s Farm & Country Market.

Recently, we tried a new pizza by Compliments (from Thriftys). The kids had the GF four-cheese pizza, and my husband and I tried the Cauliflower Crust Roasted Vegetable and Goat’s Milk Cheese (and added our own meat). Our kids said that this is their new favourite pizza of them all, and my husband and I really enjoyed the cauliflower crust! Try it out and let me know what you think!
